Picture this: a neon-lit studio, good music, a small class of beginners all figuring it out together. The instructor knows your name. Week 1:

❔I haven’t danced or done anything like this before
Perfect! That means you’re exactly who this program is for. We assume you have zero experience, "two left feet," and no upper body strength. Our instructors break every spin and trick down into tiny, manageable steps. By Week 4, you’ll be doing things you never thought possible (and feeling amazing doing it).
❔Do I have to wear the tiny shorts and heels?
Nope! For your Intro Program, just wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Leggings or bike shorts are perfect. You don’t need to show skin to get started, and you definitely don’t need heels (unless you want to!). Most of our beginners wear standard gym gear with runners or go barefoot.
❔Can I bring a friend?
Yes, absolutely. If you know someone who'd love this, send them the link so they can grab a spot while the discount is still available. You'll make plenty of new friends in class either way, but it's always fun to have someone to share the experience with from day one. Trust us, they'll thank you for introducing them.

Structure and community. In a casual class, you might be with random people at different levels. In this 4-Week Program, you start with the same group of beginners and progress together step-by-step. You learn faster, make friends easier, and never feel behind.
Not at all. We designed this for busy lives. You have multiple class times to choose from, and if you miss a session, you can use your 8 Bonus Casual Classes or Unlimited Practice Time to catch up whenever it suits you.
Pregnant: For safety, we generally recommend waiting until after bub arrives to start your pole journey as a beginner. Post-Baby: Yes! Once you have your 6-week clearance from your doctor, this is fantastic for rebuilding core strength. Just let your instructor know so they can modify moves for you.
