No, you don't need any equipment at home to complete the challenge. Everything you need is provided in the studio and is accessible during class and practice times. However, if you have a home pole or other fitness equipment, you can use it along with our online resources to accelerate your results.
As we get ready for the Challenge, we’ve put together a Pre-Training program to help you prepare. Once you sign up, you’ll get access to our members' portal where you can find all your Pre-Training materials. Completing this Pre-Training will not only get you excited but also make sure you’re well-prepared and confident for the first class. This pre-work is the first step in your transformation journey.
An email with the sign in links to our online portal will be sent after you purchase the package. The email will give you access to all of our digital resources including our Zero to 180. Your booking account for in-studio classes and practice will be credited to your account, with further instructions on how to schedulde your first class on the timetable.
